i'm a foreigner!

took a drive to sd yesterday. car convo was good. i've been lacking patience when i drive...which means i have road rage. please to not tailgate me, please to not cut me off, please to not speed ahead of me because i will lose my temper and jeopardize my life and yours. in fact, thinking about it right now kinda makes me mad. haha, j/k. but seriously, i've been getting a lil edgy when i drive, it kinda sucks, so i've been trying to pray when that happens. :)

anyways, back to sd. i went to visit my high school friend, coco, who's basically gonna be staying there the whole break so i thought i'd pay her a visit with my other friend, thanh. twas nice, i like the fresh air in comparison to ontario. did the usual stuff...shop. i really suck at shopping. is that even possible? yes, yes it is. oh and while i was down there i got a chance to visit my bro. when i got to his place, he was watching LOST. chatted for a bit, then decided to drop coco off and head home. i was sleepy, but thanh's pretty good at keeping the convo going. made me think...the convo that is. somehow she always makes me think.

today was oddly unexpected, but good. drove around town with my mom all day. she used to go do errands in the morning and not come back until the evening. i never understood why, until today. one...she drives cautiously. two...she really does go to a lot of places and does a lot of nice things for other people. either way, i got to spend time with her even tho i'm relatively quiet most of the time.

haha, oh and we picked up one of her friends who just found out today that i don't understand tagalog. so when we were in the car, they were speaking in tagalog and then my mom's friend stopped speaking in tagalog and said, "hey, we should speak english...we have a foreigner in the car." great, now i'm a foreigner! *throws hands up in air* (yes, the ones that are attached to my wrists.)

i've been having trouble watching cartoon movies. in the past 2 weeks or so i haven't been able to finish any. it saddens me because i like cartoons. i start watching it and then somewhere in the middle i fall asleep on the couch. i did that while watching curious george, ant bully, and now barnyard. in that hour nap, the unwelcomed feeling i had for about a day and half left me. now it's back. :( but it's okay. i keep thinking that maybe if i sleep more i'll suddenly wake up and it'll be gone. in all reality, i think i should probably sleep less. i think too much sleep confuses me and saddens me at times, but then when i'm awake too much...well that's just something we'll save for another day.

so i know why i dwell.

my index toe is swollen! i don't like that. i don't like that at all. do you need to know this? yes, you do. can u fix my toe? thanks!

i gave my sister a big hug today...u missed it.

i'm sorry this blog is the way it is. but guess what? monday is right around the corner of friday, saturday and sunday. i believe this will be the only time i am ever overly excited for a monday. :D
