just what i was waiting for.
haha, j/k.
really if i was waiting for anything this year it wouldn't be that.
i actually think it's funny that i'm turning 21, possibly one of the last significant ages in a lifetime. either way, i'm going to try and make 23 more significant than 21 just because i can. although, 23 seems like an odd age to make significant, perhaps i'll change it to 24 instead. even numbers make me feel comfortable. but i recall a time when i would only allow myself to set odd numbers for my alarms. of course these odd numbers wouldn't include 5 because walking up at 7:25am doesn't sound quite as exciting as waking up at 7:23am.
anyways, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. It's exactly a week before it would have been a month since i blogged which would be the longest break i've ever taken from blogging (that sounds like a brain age 2 question from the training game "calendar"). frankly i forgot my primary reason for blogging, but still here i am chatting it up with you.
i currently have no new year's resolutions. well i kinda have one, but i'm not doing to well with it, so i think i'm gonna throw that one out. perhaps revise it a bit. hmm...well i don't know.
hey, i only have 5 quarters of college left. weird. to think that it's 2008 and well, i'm part of a rather interesting class often referred to as the '09ers...haha. basically, next year is THE year. well, winter quarter started off rather decent. for the first time in my college career, i listened for an entire bio lecture. like actually listened and thought and slightly understood. it's a good feeling! i just have to keep it up.
so just right now i stuck a bunch of peeled orange slices in my mouth. it was difficult to swallow/chew. it took my less than a minute, but i wanted to swallow it before abby came back out from the bathroom because i think it'd look awefully strange if my mouth was overly full with orange slices (no, not the beverage orance slice, the fruit). oh, you ask why i stuck them all in my mouth (if you didn't, skip to the next paragraph). it's because those slices have been sitting on my desk for a long time and i wanted to get rid of them quick. and sticking them all in my mouth at once was the first solution that popped into my head. it seemed efficient at the time until they were in my mouth and i thought i'd have to spit them out because i felt like i was choking. luckily i didn't choke, cuz that'd be one heck of a story to add to the roommate stories. picture me choking at my desk, kirsten not noticing cuz she's on the phone (again...haha), kathee nearby, but unable to come to my rescue cuz i can't call out for her, and abby walking out of the bathroom wondering what trouble i got myself into this time. haha, i wonder if that would be abby's way of getting back at me for almost killing sami. maybe she'd see how long i can survive without oxygen, just like how i accidentally discovered how long sami can live outside the water. anyways, i succeeded in swallowing the orange otherwise i wouldn't have continued writing this long paragraph about swallowing orange slices. they are now somewhere else that is not on my desk nor in my mouth.
yup, well that's all i have for you today. sorry, not much else to say. wasn't actually motivated to blog, but i did anyway.
oh yea, i forgot to tell you. so i was taking stuff out of my backpack and i pulled out this sandwich bag. it had green and brown stuff inside, like mold. and i thought to myself, hmm...what the heck was in here? and how long has it been in my bag? being the scientist that i am, i wanted to ask more questions and figure it out, but then i got hungry so...
no, no...i didnt' eat it. haha, i just threw it away and ate healthy food. :)
ok, now i'm done. good night.
