it's been awhile
it's been quite some time since i last blogged. don't know exactly what brought that about, but either way, here i am writing an entry after what appears to be almost a month. actually i have no idea what i was going to say or even if i was going to say anything in general.
hey, it's valentine's day...so happy valentine's day! i really like this day, not to sure why, i just think it's exciting. i don't really like the commercial aspect of it, but i love the day. it just makes me laugh that it takes specified days (valentine's day, mother's/father's day, thanksgiving, etc.) to show people some extra love. but in a sense i think it helps/reminds people to do special things for each other in the midst of their busy schedules. i guess it could go both ways. only thing i know for sure is how much i like this day. i think part of the reason i like this day so much is because when i was a kid my mom would pack little notes in my lunch bag and it always made me smile. i wish i kept those little notes. i guess the alternative to that these days would be my mom calling me from work wishing me a happy valentine's day. =D
random note: there's this guy sitting across from me as i'm in the sci lib who appears to be sucking his thumb, kinda like a baby. strange. i guess his mom never put pepper on his thumb as a child. haha, ask frances about that one.
hmm...well there's my attempt to get back into the blogging realm. i am now heading over to the oh so very far HICF trailers for a LARC session. yay physics! thank goodness i'm already by the sci lib. for those of you who don't know, HICF which used to be across from Humanities Hall was moved to a nice, but far little spot behind the science library by KUCI.
p.s. the guy's not sucking his thumb anymore; however, that same thumb is now touching the keyboard which is why i'm going to wash my hands before heading over to HICF. good-bye!
