count the fallen pieces

like i said before, sometimes you win some and sometimes you lose some. today i loss some. everyday some of us are blessed enough to wake up and have hope. i woke up today after falling asleep at 10pm last night. i haven't been to bed that early since my freshmen year of high school. who in the world would go to sleep that early before an 8am final? a person with a fever who's incapable of studying anymore. it's all a bit shocking and a bit of a blur. i'd like to comfort myself by thinking that i left this final feeling the same exact way i left the past two midterms of this class. maybe that's the upside. in all comforts, there are just some things you gotta brush off cuz there isn't much you can do anymore. thanks for all the prayers! i'm slowly, but surely feeling better. hopefully i won't get any worse today. gonna get a little rest and then study hardcore for the final that matters the most. the one that will make or break me. so wish me luck cuz imma need it. :)

on another note, i thought i'd share this fun fact with you. so the other night, on monday, i went to the hospital. and when i was talking to the nurse, she called me kiddo. kiddo?! haha, it made me laugh and i felt like i was in elementary school again. i think when much older people, like people the same age as our parents, refer to me as a kid, i feel happy cuz let's face it, it's the truth...i am a kid. anyways, it was funny.

okay, i think i'm addicted to dayquil. i gotta get in study mode cuz i'm starting to convince myself that i'm done with finals. haha, oh the influence of those who finish early or by wednesday. (aka, anna and janice) isn't abby done too? i think you are done abby. i can't remember, but i'm pretty sure you're done too. alright, good luck to all those who still have papers to finish, like kim. :) and good luck to those who still have finals, like my sister, dumo, biencess, lennar, jamie, sarah, krystle diane, (melissa?) and me. :) and good luck to everyone else i forgot cuz i know i forgots a lot, but good luck anyways. i'm sorry for forgetting your name. good luck and good night!
