almost there, but not quite

oh the anticipation...summer, just open the door and come right in. i can smell you now...the beach (which includes the smell of sunscreen), the outdoors (not that gross smell, but that smell that comes in the morning when you go camping), vegas (not the smell of smoke, but of excitement in the possibility of winning.) ps. i don't have a gambling addiction. seriously, i don't. but when money's on the table, i get extra competitive. stupid slot machines! that was an odd rambling sentence or two.

grr...i really want it to be tomorrow at 12:30pm. to me this summer is big, not in the sense that it's big, but in the sense that it holds a lot. whoa, wait...what did i just say? either way, it's technically the last summer of my undergrad career. cuz next summer i won't be an undergrad anymore...crazy! not that i'm the type to try and live it up cuz it's a last or something like that. i'm more of the type to just live life as it is during any specific moment because at that moment that's the situation and that's the memory. anyways, i don't know if that made any sense, but currently i'm just trying to get to finishing all this stuff. got a final at 1:30 that i should continue studying for, but i'm getting antsy.

fran just sent me a txt quoting someone saying, "I don't wanna be anything other than what i've been trying to be lately..." lol.

so lately i've been listening to a lot of latin jazz...specifically on the piano side. i love it! it sounds so good. if i was better at piano, that's what i'd play. not that i'm anti-classical...that stuff's good too. anyways, this type of music reminds me of my uncle who passed away my senior year of high school. just one of those triggers that cause an unusual swarm of emotions which don't help when your stressed about finals. either way i keep listening to the music cuz it's cool.

alright, i suppose i should try to jam a few more pieces of information into my brain in this last hour and a half. then i shall try to conquer physics. good day!
