gotta keep trying

i just read a bunch of old blog entries. and mayn, my blogs used to be filled with so much adventure. i actually had stories to tell and i wrote like nothing mattered. i wrote things just to write. no hesitation, but now i suppose i hesitate a bit. it's amazing to see how i've changed in the past 4 years. part of me misses who i used to be, but then i realize there's a time when you have to grow up. and it's not like i've grown up in a manner where i don't have fun...trust me i do. it's just that i've noticed the childlike playful side of me has slowly disappeared...well as far as my blog entries go.

anyways, i practically spent the last 48 hours with abby. (which btw, i'm not complaining about, it's just something i noticed.) so why, you may ask? well for one thing, she's my roommate. and also we had a lab report due for the same class. we worked on our lab reports "all day" yesterday and today in our room. then we ventured off to turn them in together. haha, oh abby and the things she says, they kill me sometimes. :)

so it was cool seeing all the alumni on sunday. it also made me realize that i will be one of them in 4 months. weird...very weird.

okay, well...it's late and i should get some sleep. vegas this weekend...yay?! i don't know, i kind of just want to rest at home. oh well, can't do much of that now. good night!

p.s. thanks for all the prayers. i love how praying works wonders...it's a beautiful gift.

p.p.s. i really wish i received my valentine's day package from my parents, but everytime they delivered it, i wasn't here and i kept forgetting to post those slips of paper that say to just leave it. also those pieces of paper were confusing. now they're gonna send the package back and my parents are going to be sad that i didn't get it here in irvine. *sigh*
