i went to the park today. sat down under the shade of a tree on my blanket and ate lunch. after, i read a book. i wanted to stay there all afternoon. mostly because it was quiet and peaceful, but also because i was away. i was alone. i was comfortable. the cool breeze was perfect and there was just enough sunlight peaking through the branches to keep me warm. it was lovely and i was happy.
